Pam joined the Real Estate business in 1995, Pam has won numerous top producing awards, including Rookie of the Year, Emerald Club Top 10% and President’s Gold Top 3% during her tenure with John L. Scott.

Pam came to Keller Williams in 2004, becoming co-owner of the Federal Way Office in January 2005.  Under Pam’s vision and leadership the office has grown to over 100 agents since it’s establishment, earning numerous awards including Top Profit Sharing Office in 2006.

Dennis Ranch is the Operating Principal and voice of Ownership for the Federal Way Keller Williams Office. Dennis brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the benefit of his customers. Beginning his real estate career in 1987, he has consistently distinguished himself as a top producing agent, always finding himself in the top 10% year after year, earning numerous Top Sales Awards as well as the 1987 Wallace and Wheeler Rookie of the Year.

In addition to a successful real estate career, Dennis’ entrepreneurial spirit and solid business understanding has led to other successful ventures. In 1995, he founded Quality Finishing, Inc.(a metal finishing Company) in Kirkland, WA and still own's the company today. He and Pam are also one the core investors in the Federal Way Office.
